Please, If you are thinking of ordering from us know that your order is very important .I am in recovery and understand the significance of your order so that's why I try to get these out the door in 24-48* hours. We receive new stock daily and there should never be a reason why an order would take more than 5 days* to be sent. In these extreme cases we would normally send what we had and the rest as soon as it arrives. We have a good record and happy clientele. I'll do my best to lay it all out here so you know what to expect.

Extremely heavy or large packages may be sent Parcel Post if Flat Rate packaging is too small. Tracking* info is emailed to email address provided with order at time of shipment except with custom painted or engraved medallions and jewelry which are drop shipped by manufacturer (occasionally something we are out of too to speed up process) and if these items do not show within time frame indicated in product description, this info may be obtained, if available. Tracking will tell you where your package is and is ALWAYS emailed when package is shipped. We are trying to eliminate the need to ask "Where's my order?". Remember to check your junk email folder, please.

Orders over 250.00 may be as much as 50.00 if even possible. One book is generally all that ships express. Anything larger goes priority.

International Shipping to our most common customers in Canada, UK and Down Under we will use First Class mail which does not provide real time tracking. We absolutely cannot be responsible for lost tracking or lost packages outside of the U.S unless Insurance is indicated. Allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery but occasionally these may take a month or more. This is outside our control. Any Import taxes, duties or fees are the responsibility of the purchaser!.
